• Head of Strategic Commissioning developing strategies that reduced crime
• Created £50 million per year commissioning plan
• Worked for a London prison reducing re-offending
• Assisted central government to develop a £1.8 billion plan to reduce reoffending and homelessness
• Restructured multi agency support for victims of crime
• Implemented the Hampshire Violence Reduction Unit through effective partnership working

Tackle anti-social behaviour
I will work in partnership to build a task force that can work hard to fix the underlying causes of anti-social behaviour, working with the police, local councils, and external funding providers.
Visible and accessible policing
You should be able to see your police on a regular basis; on the street, in a local police station, and in the press. Residents need to be consulted on things that affect their community.
Reducing crime
Working with local communities to improve crime watch schemes, tasking the police to directly increase efforts to reduce burglary in Wiltshire and Swindon, and reducing reoffending.
Wiltshire police have moved into special measures under the current Conservative PCC. It is time to get a qualified leader.
